Agustin ( Tino) Shqalsi​

Agustin “Tino” Shqalsi is a construction and real estate development executive with over 33 years of industry experience and more than 20 years as a Florida Certified General Contractor. His career spans New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, Ohio, Arizona, and Florida. His expertise includes residential and commercial development, acquisitions, design coordination, permitting, construction management, financing, and project delivery. Combining hands-on construction knowledge with an entrepreneurial approach, Tino transforms opportunities into successful real estate projects. As Principal of Gusti Building LLC, he leads a multidisciplinary team committed to quality, innovation, strong partnerships, exceptional execution, and long-term value creation for clients and communities.

Ema Shqalsi
​Principal & Architect

Ema brings to Gusti Building LLC a distinctive blend of architecture, civil engineering, artistic creativity, and service. With an MBA in Architecture and a strong civil engineering background, she is passionate about integrating nature, architecture, and sustainable design to create thoughtful, enduring environments. A gifted artist and painter, Ema contributes creativity, energy, and vision to every project. As a U.S. Army veteran and Warrant Officer, she also brings discipline, leadership, and commitment to service. Her experience supports Gusti Building’s mission to serve U.S. veterans, fallen service members, law enforcement officers, and their families while creating exceptional places and stronger communities.
Helena Metka

Helena is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with a passion for construction, architecture, and sustainable development. A graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, she also holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management. With more than a decade of hands-on industry experience, Helena combines technical engineering knowledge with practical construction expertise. Her experience spans project planning, coordination, design integration, construction management, and execution. With a strong commitment to sustainability, thoughtful design, and attention to detail, Helena helps transform ambitious concepts into functional, efficient, and enduring spaces while contributing valuable engineering and management expertise to the Gusti Building LLC team.

For more than 10 years, Jenalyn Olson has been an integral part of Gusti Building’s development and construction success. A licensed real estate professional, she brings extensive experience in project coordination, management, property acquisitions, and client relations. Jemalyn combines strong market knowledge with an understanding of development opportunities and client expectations. Her ability to connect each client’s vision with sophisticated construction and real estate development creates a seamless experience from acquisition through project delivery. With professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail, Jenalyn helps coordinate real estate, design, development, and construction while contributing to Gusti Building’s commitment to delivering distinctive projects.

Aya serves as Business Manager at Gusti Building LLC, bringing a strong foundation in Business Administration and Management to the company’s daily operations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Certified QuickBooks User, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience. Aya coordinates project administration, permitting, client relations, financial management, and internal business operations. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional approach help maintain effective communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams. From initial planning through project completion, Aya plays an important role in keeping operations organized, responsive, and moving efficiently toward successful project delivery.

Octavio S. Lima is a highly experienced Florida Registered Architect with nearly five decades of professional practice in architecture, design, and development. A University of Florida Bachelor of Architecture graduate, he has been registered in Florida since 1976. His extensive career includes luxury residential, multifamily, and commercial projects. Working with Gusti Building LLC, Octavio brings exceptional technical knowledge, design expertise, and a deep understanding of Florida building requirements. His experience spans conceptual planning, architectural design, construction documentation, permitting, and coordination with engineers and contractors. His practical approach and commitment to architectural excellence help transform creative concepts into distinctive, functional, enduring properties.
